From idea to training
The entire process happens in close collaboration with your end users — only then does the optimal solution emerge.
Our process
1. Requirements analysis
We analyse the requirements of your organisation. The flexibility of IBM Planning Analytics and the know-how of our team ensure they are mapped precisely.
2. Implementation
Fast, on the back of solid prior planning: even complex solutions in a matter of weeks. Database structures are modelled exactly to your requirements; calculations of any complexity are implemented in a simple, transparent way.
3. Training
IBM Planning Analytics lets users operate and extend the solution after just three days. Our modular training gives your users exactly the knowledge they need — tailored to your model or independent of it. The controlling tool can then be administered comfortably by the business department itself.
4. Support & optimization
Want more out of your existing IBM Planning Analytics solution? We optimize your database and increase the speed of your queries. For common topics such as the income statement we offer our own pre-built modules, which cut implementation time.

Our tools
We have been developing solutions on the multidimensional OLAP database Planning Analytics (formerly TM1) since the Applix era, including interfaces to SAP BW. As our own departmental tool we use Planning Analytics Express. We build reports and input sheets based on Excel in line with current reporting and design standards; for high-end dashboarding we use Planning Analytics Workspace.
